SATURDAY FEBRUARY 8th | Burger Bonanza with Jure Poberaj | 12 - sold out | Winter calls for hearty foods that stick to your bones. We are stoked to have Jure Poberaj (former owner/operator of White Salmon Baking Co.) out for the afternoon with some mouthwatering burgers.
Jure's pop-ups around the Gorge tend to sell out quickly, so we suggest reserving your spot and your burger since supplies will be limited!
Tastings, bottles and glasses will be available for purchase to enjoy alongside your food.
THURSDAY MARCH 20th | Marigold Magic: Welcoming the Spring with Natural Dyes with Coyote Farm Studio | Welcome the sun and celebrate the Spring Equinox with us in a hands-on, creative workshop with Jess Jones from Coyote Farm Studio! Using marigolds locally grown on Coyote Flower Farm in Hood River, you'll learn the ancient art of natural dyeing as we transform dried marigold petals into stunning, golden imprints on beautiful 100% cotton napkin sets.
Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided through each step of this magical process, where you’ll witness the vibrant power of marigolds unfold as they create unique, sun-kissed designs on fabric. By the end, you’ll have your own set of custom-dyed napkins, perfect for your spring table settings and seasonal gatherings.
Price is inclusive of a glass of wine to sip and charcuterie to snack on while you create and wait for things to dry.
SATURDAY APRIL 5th | Rosae Release | 12 pm - 5 pm | The arrival of Rosae coincides with a rise in spirits as the days get longer and the Gorge becomes awash in electric green. Check your energetic frequency with Illuminate Aura.

Private EVENTS
We host a limited number of small, private events after hours per quarter for those in our wine club. Our maximum capacity is 40 people as the weather in the gorge can be variable and that is the amount of people we can accommodate comfortably inside.
Mid-August through November is our harvest time and our courtyard and team become focused on the grapes! As such, we do not host private events during that time.
Our space is more of a tasting room than an event space and we are not equipped to host weddings and/or receptions. We are happy to host groups up to 10 people during our business hours. Email amy@corcellars.com for more information.
